I like the doctor my son sees, but whatever woman always answers the phone when you call is super rude ALL the time! It is unnecessary and honestly if you can't compose yourself in a friendly and proper manner, maybe you should find a new job. Please get rid of her. Do the office a great justice. She needs to be humbled. Some people have enough going on. The last thing they need is someone being extremely rude for no reason. That's the only reason for the 3 stars.
Hearing test was $500 something dollars and meeting with doctor to go over it was another $700 ish dollars. I was rushed the entire time and give information on tennitis that I could look up online and already knew myself. When talking about how my nose is runny and post nasal drip makes the mornings terrible for me, he just said "well I only have 5 more minutes." This office 100% financially motivated, with little care of patient well-being, inconvenience, or appointment visit efficiency. They have perfected the multiple appointments for procedures that could be completed in one visit, which just so happens a great insurance billing cash cow. If you like to be inconvenienced with multiple appointments, bills, co-pays, long wait times, last min cancellations, and rude admin staff this is the place for you.
Finally got in and was only able to see a PA. He was unbelievably condescending and rude. Tilted head, pursed lips and nodding while staring. Used medical terms Ive never heard and I had to interrupt a few times and ask what he was talking about. Kept talking over me too. Not happy at all.
