The front desk attendant (Jackie) was extremely rude when I was trying to schedule an appointment. She profiled me by viewing where I’m located without my consent. She recommended I “go somewhere else” if I wanted to be treated. A shame I wasn’t able to see the doctor.
Very kind and professional service. Jamie at the front desk is super kind and friendly with someone like me who was only visiting, had no idea about the health system. She provided me with all details, printed the pharmacy address etc. No waiting time (I got an appointment for the next day which was very important for me) Thank you.
