Very friendly staff
My doctor was Dr. Lang. At first, she seemed like she was trying to be very helpful. After 15+ visits at her request to do surgery, she didn’t do anything, no treatments, just saw me for 5 minutes at most and then billed my insurance company. The day of my surgery appointment, I had a scheduled time. I was supposed to be there, so I planned accordingly because I needed a ride there and back, as I couldn’t drive due to the surgery. Saw Dr Shashy today to test hearing. Infortunately I do have hearing loss and need hearing aids. While there, he asked about an issue with my mouth, which I had seen him about in 2023. The issue is still a problem and was never resolved because no one I have seen can diagnose it properly. He referred me to a specialist at UK. He is thorough and cares about solving uncommon issues which plague his patients. He is personable, intelligent and cares about the health of all of his patients. I highly recommend he and his staff!
Save your time and money and skip this "specialist". Ronald was condescending and didn't even know all of my information, just told me to do more of what I was already doing and that he'd refer to to ANOTHER ENT. Family history of cancer in the same spot that's now an issue for me, is apparently laughable to him.. because the insurance would NEVER approve a MRI for symptoms and family history.
