I’m reluctant to leave a negative review, and I waited more than two weeks before doing so because I wanted to give the office an opportunity to address my concerns privately. My initial concern was with my experience with the audiologist. I found the appointment dismissive and rushed, and my questions regarding my hearing, tinnitus, and musician’s ear protection did not feel adequately addressed.
