Not a happy playing the waiting game! Had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. Arrived 10 minutes early with the expectation that I would be seen by or hopefully before 4:00 PM. Was never told things were running behind at any point while in the waiting room. I went to this facility and arrived early. I sat down and waited for my appointment, which was scheduled for 1:00 PM. First, a nurse came in—she was quite rude—and asked me if I was allergic to any medications. I responded that I was allergic to macrolides, and she said, "To what?" I repeated, "Macrolides" (in Spanish, since she was Latina), and she arrogantly replied, "I've never heard of that before." In 38 years of life and 12 years of legal practice this is the most incompetent doctor's office I've ever been to. I had to follow up and fight for 3 days to get a simple prescription for the steroid they prescribed because their office staff couldn't manage to get the order signed and sent to the pharmacy. Their imaging facility - which is in-house - could not provide me my images after a simple CT. This was my first appointment, Dr. Brian Spector took the time to thoroughly evaluate my medical history and new exams. He was patient in explaining the recommended course of action. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a good otolaryngologist. The staff at the clinic were also friendly and accommodating with scheduling. My appointment was on time.

I recently had surgery performed by Dr. Spector, and I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Spector is a wonderful surgeon with golden hands, demonstrating exceptional skill. I am grateful that I chose him for my surgery. Not only is Dr. Spector outstanding, but my entire experience at the clinic was also excellent. The staff was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Spector to anyone in need of a skilled surgeon.
