Dr Kang is great. Very accommodating staff.
Obviously, a patient's time is not of value to them when trying to make or cancel an appointment. My first complaint is that I have tried multiple times (10 times) to call to cancel a hearing aid appointment, leaving messages and holding in excess of 30 minutes only to be cut off and messages never returned. Secondly, when I finally did speak to someone after several days of trying to make an appointment, I was told that I could only see Abby regarding a problem with my hearing aids, and that Abby no longer works in Altamont... read more
I have been going here for more than 40 years. The last 18 years I have been getting allergy shots and the results have been great. I gave them to my self and it was very convenient. A change in staff has wanted to retest and start all over Dr. Tran and I agreed that I could continue but that plan was over turned by the allergy department. I am very frustrated by this situation was hoping that they would put the patient first. This company is not what it used to be. They are mainly sales people who push their products even after their is evidence that it does not work. Their billing department is still charging my CC months after the both written and verbal communication asking for cancellation of services. Ask questions, don't sign anything. Look for second opinion!
