Crap customer service! They overbooked my son and canceled his appointment the same day after he made arrangements with school for it. Then because he arrived late after several phone calls notifying them of this, due to the fact that he had to make new arrangements for the rescheduled appointment, they actually turned him away and refused to see him stating that that it's their policy. I called to set up an appointment for my wife. I scheduled the appointment with Sarah. Sarah was very courteous, professional and prompt. My wife raves about how good Dr. deTorres and his staff are ,this will be our first time visiting the Winter Garden location.
