I would really be careful accepting the results. I went in for one thing and they lead me down a different path which they did a biopsy and polyps told me I needed further surgery. I knew there was something wrong and I want to not one but two more surgeons. Horrible customer service experience. I've been waiting on hold for 1.5 hours I left multiple voicemail with no call back.
Absolutely the worst waiting room experience I have ever heard of in my life! We didn’t even make it to the doctors appointment because after the HOUR wait, they were taking people back that showed up after us. Completely unprofessional, and a huge waste of time. Went here as a referral for my 4 year olds enlarged tonsils. The woman with the nose job got taken back right away but my 4 year old is having trouble breathing and is less important. At first I would have given this place a 4, good, nothing spectacular, and the only reason I started going here was because it was the only place that would take my sons insurance. Flashforward to today when I tried to act on what the doctor told me to do when my son presented with an ear infection. And they didnt hold up what the doctor told me and on top of me told me the doctor had nothing we had talked about in the chart. Needless to say I'm gonna go look for a new doctor
