The office is atiquated and dark, and seems to have older tools and technologies working in a paper environment with file folders. Went once and was told my daughter needed a small procedure. Dr Byer said he didn’t do them in that office any longer. Was given a card to contact to schedule the procedure. It ended up getting me back to the same office. I have seen Dr Byer over many years for various problems. He provides information, answers questions, interacts in a polite and caring matter.
I sent an appointment request through their website. Nobody bothered to contact me.
I love Dr. Byer as he takes the time to look at what's wrong and is very very caring. His staff has always been nice to me also.
Dr. Marjorie Stock Was extremely rude and unprofessional at my appointment today. She complained that I called early in the morning to the office asking to speak with a doctor or nurse that was on call while I am 34 weeks pregnant and was having trouble sleeping for days from being so uncomfortable and had just left the emergency room. She also violated my HIPPA privacy rights when discussing medications and complaining about me the hallway loud enough for the entire hallway to hear.
