I just called and asked if they took my insurance and she was very rude. She said “no we don’t” and then just hung up.
Tried to call to cancel appointment no answer goggle said office was temporary closed. Didn't go, got $50 bill for missed appointment when I called they said I missed other appointment (I didn't) then they sent letter if I didn't pay was going to take me to court

I went to this place to get help with Tinnitus problems and the receptionist told me she couldn't help me because I didn't have insurance! I stressed that she could pay and she refused to give me an appointment! The truth is it's very racist, I think since I'm Latino I can't pay for their service! Anyway, she gave me a number where I can get it for free! as if I were asking for free! I do not recommend this place!
