I had a appointment scheduled for Monday, I was canceled because they said this white lady need to be seen first and they next available appointment was in September, no more going to these types folks. They is prejudice and it’s now showing. I would rather pay urgent care than these peoples. Mind you I scheduled my appointment in January for June and was rescheduled because of the pandemic for today. I go a certain time every year for cleaning. I missed my 6 month cleaning already. I love Dr. Jones. He’s personable and most professional. Finally some relief with my ears and throat.
I probably not go back to this office. First I got lost in the area I couldn’t find the building It took me 25min to find it, I’m late at this point frustrated I called the front desk to get directions & she really didn’t tell me anything but the building number... I get there notice I don’t have my insurance card needless to say I was denied service today for being late and not having my card even after offering a digital copy of my card... PTO day wasted
