Dr. Paul Porter is an excellent surgeon who answered all questions without rushing. The team of support professionals were like a well-oiled machine. Everyone friendly & polite. Dr. Porter also could be called “the vertigo whisperer.” Thank you all!
I appreciate the time taken when trying to understand my needs an complications. They even were willing to do more testing to reassure me of care.
Was not satisfied with my blood pressure taken from the nurse. Was not satisfied with the doctor not checking me at all...nothing I was there for a refill (for my meds and that's all he did!!!).
Make you wait a hour in the waiting room then you have to wait in the room they are seeing you in for however long they decide
I waited 2 hours to see the doctor for 10 minutes. I understand there are reasons for delays, but it would be nice to be told they are running behind and you will still be seen.
