I kept getting the run around with other appointments I've had, with no real progress. I feel like we're getting somewhere. The test where you insert a plastic piece in my ear and shoot cool and warm air into your ear. The plastic piece was pushing into my ear causing pain. The cool air wasn't the problem, it was the plastic piece that hurt. I told the person administering the test that it was very painful. She just said "only 10 more seconds". I said ,"no it really hurts". She just continued pushing the plastic piece into my ear. She then did the other ear and it was painful but not as bad as the right ear.
