Terrible experience. When entering the office I experienced a strong, overpowering smell which irritated my nose. I was told it was cleaning solution. The PA I saw gave me one of the worse medical encounters I have ever had. He strongly refused to let me tell him my medical history and kept insisting on asking his questions mostly irrelevant to why I was there.. My appointment was canceled for no clear reason and they didn’t bother to acknowledge the mistake or call me to reschedule. I’ve been to this practice once before and I know the Doctor to be excellent. Just wish the practice had a better business management.
Dr. Dolittle was an amazing doctor and operated on my 3 year old son placing ear tubes and removing his adenoids to treat his chronic ear infections. He was on time, professional, and even called personally to follow up the day after surgery. He fit us in for an appointment extremely quickly and helped us schedule the surgery less than 2 weeks when we had waited months and months dealing with Mass Eye and Ear. I cannot thank him enough.
