Best Physician office ever!!!! – This is the best physicians office I have ever been to. The staff was friendly and courteous. When I called in I got right through to the scheduler and they were able to accomodate my needs. I expected to wait a long time (like you usually do in doctors offices) but I was in and out fairly quickly. Not only that, but when I saw the doctor he answered all my questions and didn't treat me like a speed bump, he actually spent time in the room to answer all of my questions. Amazing doc, great office – I went to see one of the doctors at the Green Valley office. I enjoyed it as much as anyone does when they see the doctor. The office was clean, the staff was friendly. The best part was the "high tech" aspect of the office. I could download all my forms prior to my appointment and bring it all in. Also the website had all the information that I need. Dr. Shipley was great and I feel extrememly confident in him as a physicians. I would recommend him to anyone~~

Worst customer service!! Dont go – This office gave my wife a terrible experience. The first time setting an appointment was fine. We got through the phone line fairly easily. After she met with the doctor she asked if she could get a follow up the same week (this appointment was on a Monday) and he said that shouldn't be a problem as long as she gets her bloodwork done. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! – This was definately the worst patient service I have ever experienced. I was trying to set a follow up appointment for my daughter, and after waiting on hold for 57 minutes (not an exaggeration) I was greeted by the rudest staff ever. He is wonderful with kids – As a doctor he is great with kids. Though trying to get through to the office is difficult to say the least. Trying to get a response from his surgery schedule is near to impossible. Not to mention the wait time to get into see the doctor or get a surgery scheduled.
