There is nothing remarkable here. The front desk lady is nice. Also it was previously stated in a review that they do not take "co pays" and require full payment at time of service. This is either situational or not true anymore. I just watched them take a $30 co pay.

Doctor schedules appts out up to a week, even for a referral from ER. Then ignores your insurance's policies. We pay a fair amount every week out of paycheck to have insurance that has a ZERO copays policy. This office WILL NOT HONOR YOUR INSURANCE'S POLICY. They still insist on you paying whatever cost THEY determine up front or they refuse care. They insist it will be refunded upon insurance payment. How long will this be? Weeks? Months? Who knows.
