First, I would like to mention Dr. Gilbert Ruiz is a nice gentleman with great manners as a doctor. Very easy going and listened to my concerns. Although, I thought, when going to the doctor of this type, the first method towards treatment would be from an x-ray of the ear, nose and throat area to view what might be the issue anatomically. Unfortunately, he never did that for me as I informed him I was having trouble breathing. I went on many visits and was given many "band-aid" type treatments. Nothing resolved my issue. Dr Ruiz was kind and listened to my concerns! He never shamed or made disgusted gestures towards me due to my wax-impacted ears. Thanks to Dr. Ruiz, I have super hearing!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
New patient referred by PCP. My ear infection may not be serious to them but for the one in pain and unable to hear its very serious to me. When you don't reply in a timely manner it feels like I'm just a file, a copay or insurance payment.
