Dr Liu was very helpful and proactive in diagnosing my issue, and ordered medical imaging for a more accurate diagnosis. He also referred me to specialists for further evaluation.
Did not enjoy Dr. Liu. He kept talking over me wouldn't let me tell him fully what was going on with my ears. Made me feel like an idiot for following other doctors instructions. Not very personable.
I was in and out with procedure done quickly and professionally. All of the staff were welcoming.
