Daughter was very sick and away from home. Went to the first ENT we could find. After treatment bills started flowing. We have Blue Cross primary and TriCare secondary. Dr. Randall's office refused to submit the retired service members TriCare insurance. When informed how to file and receive timely payment, the billing associate became agitated, interrupted and talked over me. I once again tried to explain how to receive their payment in a timely manner and she hung up on me. Reported this act to TriCare. Military service me... read more
