Dr. Treated my wife at Providence east which was ok. Since my wife’s discharge from providence the Drs office has canceled three appointments. My wife is now experiencing pain again we are seeking help from another ENT.

The Dr. was two hours late for my appointment. After waiting two months for this appointment I decided to stay. It was a long wait and all the receptionists could do was apologize. The dr. Was nice.

Awful service, if I could give them zero stars I would. My mother tried to make an appointment and has no insurance until next month and they refused to schedule an appointment for her. She explained she would be paying out of pocket but they still refused the appointment. I called to advocate for her and they told me that if they made the appointment for her they would lose the contract with the insurer.
