Have been medically negligent with my daughters hole in her ear she's had for many years due to their "2nd round of tubes will fix it".Expected us to do a 2nd surgery with our son due to improper tube placement but instead of fixing either issues expect to have appointments every 6 months.Do not return nurse calls when you call down for an ear issue or post op complications. Wonderful, caring staff. We had the best experience. Our family is in hays from out of town and my child’s ear was bleeding non stop. They got us in same day. PA named Kate took wonderful care of my child’s ear and helped stop his bleeding. Couldn’t recommend this clinic more. Very compassionate and knowledgeable!
Looked into Hays med's ENT clinic because Medifind.com claims they had multiple doctors there that specialize in a specific procedure to treat spasmodic dysphonia. We called and spoke with them to confirm they perform that procedure, they blatantly lied and said that they do. After having medical records faxed to them, filling out paperwork and coming in for a "patient establishment" appointment.. they let me know in the appointment that they do not do that procedure and completely wasted my time.
I went here with a pain in my ear. They gave me a hearing test. Made me pay $100 and they said if I wanted them to look into it more. I would have to schedule more appointments for more test. I went to these people for help, and all they wanted was my money.
