Twice now I have waited over an hour past my appointment time. This second time I had to leave. There’s no communication with patients in the wait room either. A little update goes a long way. I do not recommend.
First time here and not happy. Confirmed appt, came in early. Have been here for 75 minutes now. To be fair, we were 17 minutes early. The front office staff are very friendly but don’t like to be challenged, when I went up to inquire as to why it has been over an hour. Apparently the front office neglected to make him a chart (new patient) Disgraceful!
No assistance at all! Waste of time and money. At this point I’ll just buy a cpap machine myself. Avoid this place!!!
Dr. Gleinser always does a fantastic job. Highly recommend him.
This place is the worst! I had to be on top calling to see if they sent out a referral that was suppose be sent out that same week. 3 weeks later nothing was sent out! I also noticed they didn't allow me to take my second child with me but they allowed a girl and her son as well as her mom. No complaints about Doctor Pham he was a very nice doctor just the staff up front could be a lot more on top of things. They obviously don't care about the patients.
