Dr Cesar was one of the best ent s in El Paso mainly because he listened and most importantly addressed our issues and resolved them sadly he got covid and has retired as of September 1 2025 thank you Dr Cesar hope your doing well wish you the best !
Dr. Treated my wife at Providence east which was ok. Since my wife’s discharge from providence the Drs office has canceled three appointments. My wife is now experiencing pain again we are seeking help from another ENT.
