Horrendous customer service. Don't schedule an appointment here. The doctors may be good, but their staff is awful.

I was lucky to find Dr Livingston 7 years ago when my thyroid needed to be removed. Now I have a different issue that required an ENT and I returned to Dr Livingston. Fabulous physician. Can’t recommend him enough. In a world that is becoming increasingly impersonal, to find a physician that is not only at the top of their game, but who also truly cares about their patients is a rarity. Patient, thorough, and expert care, can’t ask for more.
Dr Cundiff is awesome!! My wife saw him and suggested I go to him regarding my health issue. Dr Cundiff is straight up about things, explains things at level that meets your knowledge and understanding, and genuinely listens to you. Staff in office are good to work with as well. Originallyhad appoint 1.5 months out. Asked to be added to wait list and they called back in a few days with an earlier date option. Done this with other doctors and never heard from folks. I have received excellent service here and highly recommend Dr. Petrusek!! He puts you at ease and explains the what and why's in ways you can easily understand...I have always received excellent care with him!!
