Charged $314 for a 10-20 minute visit, they forgot to apply a 20% discount for self pay. I didn’t receive any medications, the practitioner only looked at my ear, touched it with his fingers, and that was it. I asked for the details for why I was billed the way I was. I was sent a statement and when I asked questions on the statement, the lady refused to answer and hung up (this was 12/19/25 3:29 PM). I had the best experience here. After 2 years of dealing with various issues in and out of the ER, and my Primary. I finally had someone who sat down, listened to me and insisted all of my issues were connected in some way. I got set up for multiple appointments with specialists etc, to get to the bottom of the issues I have been experiencing. I left crying from joy, knowing someone was finally listening to me.
