I've been under Christina Laane and Sai Challapalli's care. Both doctors' listened to my concerns and I was able to make informed decisions about my treatments. Others may say it was over cautious on the extent of my care, but I'm glad we ruled out allergies, sinus infections, etc, before considering surgery. I truly appreciated Dr. Laane's patience while we were trying to get to the root of the issues and Dr C for providing compassionate care. I called their office to make an appointment and had asked them if my insurance would be covered in there clinic. The customer desk service had made sure that the consultation and visit would be covered and they take my insurance card. Dr. Polly was really nice and I was able to tell her about my sinuses problem. She visually checked under my nose and had placed a stick to look inside. The worst time trying to get an appointment. My ears are clogged, I can't hear and I'm dizzy and they wanted me to wait 6 weeks for an appointment! What a joke!

Went to go get my throat checked. The doctor could not figure out what was wrong so they said they would send it to lab to figure out. 2 weeks later, i owe $267 for a visit and $619.20 for out of network LAB....ARE YOU KIDDING ME. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CONSULT ME ON SENDING THE SAMPLE TO OUT OF NETWORK LAB. IF I KNEW EARLIER, I WOULD'VE AVOIDED THAT... DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL DO THINGS WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION AND THEN CHARGE YOU A LOT OF MONEY

WOW! I didnt realize I accidentally called the wrong office and the woman who answered the phone ("Anna") had the nerve to hang up on me when I asked if this was Mills Peninsula (she said it was and it was not) and why they didnt have my forms. She raised her voice at me and said no matter what I needed paperwork. I literally was calling because I have Thyroid Cancer. Unbelievable!
