Had my first visit with Dr Nassiri for throat and ear pain. He is an amazing doctor and very kind. He is very thorough with his work. The office staff is very nice too and the waiting room is beautiful.
I love Dr. Nassiri and his staff Shanie, the Office Manager, Jennifer and Yan. They are always nice to me and very professional. Very clean waiting room, medical exam rooms and bathroom! Dr. Nassiri is always very nice and always fixes my ear problems.

Made an appointment a text and email reminder. Week before got 3 more texts 2 days before got a text to check in and another to pay my deductible. Got another text telling me if I don’t show up I will pay $50. Got a phone call asking to be here early. Finally day of appointment I arrive 20 minutes early and after waiting 40 minutes pass my appointment I ask what’s going on? Seems the delicate genius is running late. Went there for TMJ which they say they treat on their website and they saw me and never treated me for that issue. They then directed me for a hearing test which said is affiliated with the TMJ. I paid my copay at the office. I then receive a bill for another copay for the audio portion. I went into the office expecting to get treated for TMJ and see 2 different doctors and they never treat me for it and then refer me to see a dentist who specializes in TMJ.
