Brought my mother here for a hearing test. There were only 4 handicapped parking spaces, and it was unclear where the office for her appointment was. She has trouble walking and had to walk the length of the building twice to get to the office. All the parking spaces around the building are reserved for doctors, apparently. The ENT doctor was fair, did his job but the office was not as clean as it should have been, overall process was over 2 hours for something that only took about 20 minutes. Nice medical assistants, but wait was too long.

absolutely TERRIBLE. so unprofessional. moved their office and was never informed and when i showed up 15 min late to my appointment they refused to take me after being in pain for 2 weeks not being able to get an appointment until today. DISGUSTING AND RUDE
