If I could give zero stars I would. I called multiple times to ask a simple question about procedures and pressed every single prompt button/option they offered. Did this for over 20 minutes with not one person answering the phone during normal business hours. I’m sure they do good work, unfortunately their office team is horrendously unprofessional.
Dr Mason fit me in on very short notice, diagnosed the intense ear pain I was having, and explained the etiology and care plan very clearly with great compassion and humor. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
He made what I called my dead ear work again after other doctors would wouldn't do anything, he installed a titanium ear bone ,definitely recommend him and his assistants
Dr. Mason is highlkey skilled professional . Suffered for years with ear drum issues . I went to see Dr. Mason with full intentions of getting hearing aides . Dr. Mason advised me I will not need hearing aides he will build a new eardrum and restore my hearing based on my hearing test data. Dr Mason did excaclty what he said he was going to do and today my hearing test showed ecaclty that . i am so thankful to have found Dr. Mason as he has changed my quality of life .
