My 3 year old has had chronic ear infections from the time she was 1. She responded so well to tubes but we couldn’t make the 4 hour drive back to her old ENT. I spent 2 hours on the phone with ENT’s in the area that were all booked 4 months out with appointments. I went here for ringing in my ears and severe sinus pressure, with sinus and ear pain. They administered a hearing test and then sent in the Dr. to talk with me afterwards. He was completely dismissive, spent about 3 minutes talking to me, diagnosed me with tinnitus and a deviated septum then quickly left the room like he had better things to do. I felt very unheard. Seems pretty dumb having 4 people in wheelchairs scheduled at the same time with one room only for handicapped people. Staff was nice but outside that having to wait and leave without being seen because my bus was back for me. Terrible office management, I'll just find another doctor that understands time and scheduling better . I thought after going decades ago it'd have improved but it's worse. Need more doctors or more accessible rooms. Also need people to understand you have a schedule to and an appointment is just that.... read more
Primary Care Provider booked my appointment here as a referral. When I showed up, they didn't have my records or reasoning for the appt. When I explained the condition, Dr. said, "in 30 years, I've never heard of this." Didn't even bother with a Google search. Said I was fine and sent me on my way.
I broke my nose, and the ER gave me this group's number to follow up. They refused to take me as a client, saying that they don't see patients if it's been beyond 3-5 days after an accident. It had been 8 days. They knew nothing else about me, my accident, or my nose
