Quick, helpful, polite, and thorough
I saw Stephanie 2 years ago to address an ongoing issue with my ear. She was completely dismissive of my issue and suggested I see a chiropractor for assistance after only looking in my ears. I explained I see a chiropractor regularly and she left the room. I just recently saw a new ENT who listened to my issue and scoped my nose to diagnose me with eustachian tube dysfunction. Dr Welker and his staff are fantastic! I would highly recommend this doctor and practice to anyone who needs an ENT or audiologist!
My 3 year old has had chronic ear infections from the time she was 1. She responded so well to tubes but we couldn’t make the 4 hour drive back to her old ENT. I spent 2 hours on the phone with ENT’s in the area that were all booked 4 months out with appointments. I read these google reviews and was a bit leery to make an appointment but we got in so fast and I had back up appointments just in case. I went here for ringing in my ears and severe sinus pressure, with sinus and ear pain. They administered a hearing test and then sent in the Dr. to talk with me afterwards. He was completely dismissive, spent about 3 minutes talking to me, diagnosed me with tinnitus and a deviated septum then quickly left the room like he had better things to do. I felt very unheard.
