I rarely write reviews but I need to on this place to emphasize they are there to take your money where they can. I also fell victim to the $230 nasal scope for a 15 second analysis to determine what I told the doctor in the first place. Not only that, but they tried double billing me for it the next visit I had. I have had to call multiple times to schedule appointments, when they were the ones who said they would follow up with me once they had the schedule set. The doctor was very nice and approachable. He recommended a study and an outpatient surgery. It surely felt that he knew what he was doing. However, they tried to charge me $230 for an "in office procedure", a nasal scope that took less than 1 minute. This after I explicitly declined my consent to procedures that were charged separately when electronically checking in. When I refused, they tried to make me sign a paper consent after the fact. Avoid at all cost! They are here to take your money, as much as they can. After a year of going there and thousands of dollars I found little to no improvement. They finally decide that I should get a in office procedure and schedule for 3 months out. 2 months later they call me and say my insurance won’t cover and it would be 15k out of pocket. I was very uncomfortable and was able to go in right away. Everyone was supportive, courteous. My ears felt better when I left and so did my psyche. Thankyou.
