Convenient to where I live downtown... I love Dr. Parasher and her always friendly staff. She always give the best checkup of my ears and nose, would definitely recommend this ENT Office & Dr. Parasher!
Their scheduling department doesnt know what they’re doing. Takes forever to reach them and then they still schedule you for the wrong time once they hang up. Bad communication.
You can't get through to reschedule appointments. I have to pay missed appointment fees because every time I tried to call to reschedule I was on hold for over 10 to 15 minutes. I just don't have that kind of time to waste. I don't usually miss appointments but I'm recovering from another surgery and just not well enough yet that I needed to push these out a bit. Really disappointing.
I rarely write reviews but I need to on this place to emphasize they are there to take your money where they can. I also fell victim to the $230 nasal scope for a 15 second analysis to determine what I told the doctor in the first place. Not only that, but they tried double billing me for it the next visit I had. I have had to call multiple times to schedule appointments, when they were the ones who said they would follow up with me once they had the schedule set. The doctor was very nice and approachable. He recommended a study and an outpatient surgery. It surely felt that he knew what he was doing. However, they tried to charge me $230 for an "in office procedure", a nasal scope that took less than 1 minute. This after I explicitly declined my consent to procedures that were charged separately when electronically checking in. When I refused, they tried to make me sign a paper consent after the fact.
