**Worst Experience Ever** This was, by far, one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a medical office. I went to see Dr William J. Reschly because I had papillary cancer of the thyroid. I was really impressed with his making me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff at the clinic are all very friendly and professional. They all helped me to navigate the whole process of getting tests and lab work done, even the hospitalization process for surgery. EVERYONE & EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT. I am very happy & satisfied with their care and treatment! I highly recommend Dr William J. Reschly.

I attempted to establish care with ENT Associates, but the office experience was frustrating enough that I decided not to move forward. I originally had an appointment scheduled on March 16, for allergy concerns. I called on March 13 to cancel, and the representative confirmed it was canceled and that I didn’t need to do anything further. A week or two later, I received a no-show invoice anyway.
