Communication with the office staff is a nightmare. They are rude, dismissive and argumentative. The phone crew is only slightly better. The only reason I’m still with them is Dr Chow. He is worth the hassle.

**Worst Experience Ever** This was, by far, one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a medical office. I initially made a mistake with the time of my first appointment, which was completely my fault. I understood that and rescheduled. However, the experience with the rescheduled appointment was extremely disappointing. I drove 40 minutes to the office and took time off from work to make this appointment. I went to see Dr William J. Reschly because I had papillary cancer of the thyroid. I was really impressed with his making me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff at the clinic are all very friendly and professional. They all helped me to navigate the whole process of getting tests and lab work done, even the hospitalization process for surgery. EVERYONE & EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT. I am very happy & satisfied with their care and treatment! I highly recommend Dr William J. Reschly.
