Dr. Miller and the immediate staff ate great, but I have been struggling severely with the surgery Scheduler for the past three weeks. My surgery is supposed to be Friday and I have no idea if it is still happening, I have tried calling multiple times and cannot get an answer. This place is a joke. Went in for ear issue. Told doctor I couldn’t smell, so he looked in my nose with a scope and charged me $100 on top of copay.
Dr Parasher was a waste of my time and money. She seemed more interested in generating cash for her medical group for different testing procedures while dragging out for months instead of treating my specific problem in what probably should have been a few weeks.
Dr. Miller has been treating me for some time now and I could not be more pleased and appreciative of his excellent care, he is a skilled doctor and his friendly and calm demeanor make the entire exam and treatment experience as good as one could hope for.
