Would never go back specifically because it’s impossible to schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment. To schedule my first appointment I had to physically go there to make it after being on hold for an hour. Good luck ever getting a human to pick up the phone at the number they provide.
Follow up every where else free and charges included in first visit,, here they consider it as new appointment to pay . Feel been betrayed because the doctor asked to see her after week …
Dr. Hood is very matter of fact but very much my hero today after taking care of a problem in my throat that was causing me a lot of discomfort all week. Staff was friendly, got me in promptly, and the relief is immediate. Will definitely be back in the event I have future ENT needs.

I've known Dr. Muller since 2007 and couldn't ask for a better doctor! He is empathetic, caring and will make sure everything is addressed at your appointment. He spends time with you and has a great bedside manner.
