Dr. Hood is very matter of fact but very much my hero today after taking care of a problem in my throat that was causing me a lot of discomfort all week. Staff was friendly, got me in promptly, and the relief is immediate. Will definitely be back in the event I have future ENT needs.

I've known Dr. Muller since 2007 and couldn't ask for a better doctor! He is empathetic, caring and will make sure everything is addressed at your appointment. He spends time with you and has a great bedside manner.
I have called twice and my insurance company has called twice. Both of us have left messages with no returned phone call. You may want to hire a few more people. The service you have is terrible.
