My 3-year-old daughter had an appointment here today. Got there and got told whoever I spoke to didn't save the appointment. And on top of it the provider she was supposed to see wasn't even there they were on vacation. Not even a phone call to tell me that before hand. I guess they can't call me if they never even saved the appointment. So the male at the front desk made me wait a few minutes just to be told that the only other person there that could see my daughter wasn't able to see her.. Got stuck in unexpected road construction and was 5 minutes late for an appointment and was told I could not be seen and would have to reschedule. I have waited for hours in this same practice with my children waiting to see the doctor. Take your business elsewhere.
DO NOT TRUST THE AUDIOLOGIST. She told me my son had moderate to severe hearing loss and after needing for him to be sedated for a test, he can hear. Dr Howells was awesome, but I would never go there for another hearing test.
