Positive experience from start to finish. The staff was very attentive and I did not feel like they were herding me in and trying to herd me out. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed each one and explained any procedure that he was going to do prior to doing it and what it might feel like I would recommend this position to anyone!
If Zero stars were possible that's what I would give. What horrible doctor interaction, I'm not 100 percent sure he is educated in diagnosing anything. I checked in for my appointment at 3:30, walked out at 3:43. He did absolutely nothing cut me off, and had zero explanation for what I have going on. Completely brushed off, super disappointed that I paid a copay, insurance billed. And for absolutely nothing. Complete joke.
I have never had such a great group of doctors and nurses. They found cancer on my voice box. And didn't take long and they had me lined up with chemo doctors and radiation doctors. A week later I was getting my treatments. This is a great group. They will take care of you.
Perhaps Dr. Prasad was having an off day but he spoke very little and I felt as if he felt my appointment was a waste of his time or beneath him. Cleaning ears is not likely what he went to school for but it is a need that I have every 6 months and the experience didn't make me want to return.
