Update : Turns out their phone system was actually broken at the time this review was made and they ended up returning my calls eventually. I did schedule my tonsillectomy through them and the whole surgical procedure and process was smooth sailing. The surgery didn't get appointed until a few months out but I did receive surgery with no complications. These people never answer their phone. How are you supposed to schedule any appointments if they never answer? Also they don't have the option to leave voicemails and their automated message says they're closed on normal operating business hours. Seriously so unprofessional.
Called to make an appt. The lady on the phone says I need a referral and they will determine to see if I’m eligible.
I saw Dr.Theler. From start to finish, this was a great experience. They gave clear directions to the clinic. I arrived and the staff was friendly and helpful. The wait was short and close to my appointment time. Once back, there was virtually no waiting. The nurse practitioner that did my intake had clearly read my chart beforehand. Extra 5 stars for that.
