I just left this office in tears because Josh Neary has one of the worst bedside manners I have ever dealt with. I asked for an objective salivary gland function test when I scheduled my appointment to rule out dysautonomia and/or seronegative Sjogrens and got lectured and told they don’t do that kind of testing which they should have said when I made the appointment. Mr. Yeary gave 20-year old information on Sjogrens AND proceeded to lecture me on “there not being treatment” without even looking in my mouth. Wow. Just wow. ... read more
We have taken several of our children in to this office and can not ask for a better crew. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were greated warmly by the entire staff. Josh the Nurse Practitioner was great with our children and helped make the experience fun and not frightening. Would highly recommend this ENT office.

Took my little boy for a hearing test for the first time and his insurance was accidentally deactivated at the moment, I was unaware until they ran his card. No big deal, I still wanted to see the Doctor that day for him as long as I can budget the appointment if not we can reschedule, no problem.
