Husband came in to have his sinuses checked out for a potential septoplasty to help with sleep and breathing issues. Doctor checked for 30 seconds and said everything looked normal. Then said “you have a bit of earwax, want me to grab it real quick?” He said sure, and was hit with a $520 bill just for the earwax removal ALONE. He went to another ENT and they immediately referred him for a septoplasty and bilateral turbinate reduction as he was “one of the worst cases they’d seen”. Would not recommend to anyone.
I would leave 10 stars if I could. No wait time, extremely friendly staff, and Dr Robinson was very informative, quick, did not treat us like a number, did the small procedure, and from check-in to paying, took 22 min! I have never experienced such an incredible experience in 48 yrs! He will be our ENT Dr from now on. I highly recommend him and the office staff.
Dr. Robinson was absolutely amazing, patient and kind and willing to answer any questions. Post op visit we were rescheduled the day prior…. Okay things happen…. rescheduled for the following week. Thank God my daughter’s dad called to verify appointment time because Avery decided that our appointment needed to be moved from 4:20 to 2:00. No call, no notice…. Even the confirmation text sent the day prior had 4:20 as the appointment time…. working people can’t just magically know or change schedules with absolutely no notice.... read more
