Always very quick to schedule and the doctors are wonderful here! Very calm and nice staff.
The doctors are very good, but they have a terrible administrative team and poor scheduling management. They cancel appointments and don't let you know, or they don't let you know once you're in the office that they've been canceled. They don't see patients, wasting our time with countless canceled appointments. Awful administrative team.

Husband came in to have his sinuses checked out for a potential septoplasty to help with sleep and breathing issues. Doctor checked for 30 seconds and said everything looked normal. Then said “you have a bit of earwax, want me to grab it real quick?” He said sure, and was hit with a $520 bill just for the earwax removal ALONE. He went to another ENT and they immediately referred him for a septoplasty and bilateral turbinate reduction as he was “one of the worst cases they’d seen”. Would not recommend to anyone.
