Dr Allen was wonderful! Great personality and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable by fully explaining the procedure your child is there to have. He does circle back with the parent(s) after the surgery in recovery to explain what he did during the surgery and what to expect during home recovery. I would highly recommend his services for any audiology issues. The surgical staff is also wonderful and understanding.
