Had surgery at this place ~4-5 years ago everything went fine, Just went back this year for an ear exam/ear cleaning. Called the place and verified they took my insurance, Showed up and they charged me 500$ for being a "New Patient" Even though they had all my info when I came in. If they told me a simple ear cleaning was going to be 500$ i would've gone somewhere else. 0 communication
