I sought out Dr Astrachan in hopes he could remedy my Eustachian tube dysfunction. I’ve had bilateral middle ear effusion and significant conductive hearing loss for over six weeks following a sinus infection. I’ve already failed nasal steroids, antihistamines and mucolytics.
