One star because the scheduling and front desk staff were pleasant to work with. The office space is not clearly marked and I only found it because of a sign on printer paper in the window facing the parking lot. The waiting area was dirty with chairs that were peeling (almost every one). Dr Dorofi spent a combined 90 seconds in the office with me and 60 seconds was me explaining my daughters history of ear infections and concern over her hearing.
