I had an appointment. The Dr I saw was very impatient with me. She acted like she was too busy to answer any of my questions, I wouldn't go there or refer and of my friends or family there.

There are no words that can describe the caring that Dr. Yoo Bowne and her staff give to the people at Nazareth ENT associates. Kind, compassionate conscious, professional. Spending the necessary time to answer all our countless questions. I can go on and on. we have been treated all the time with the utmost respect and dignity. I saw this provider and during the visit it seemed like she was not listening to what I was saying or addressing the concerns I was raising but I just thought to myself that I was misinterpreting her demeanor. After I read the after visit summary it became very apparent from her note that she was in fact not listening to what I was saying.

I was referred to Dr. Yoo Bowne by my primary. The day I was referred there I walked into the office because I thought getting a new patient appointment over the phone would take weeks. When I walked in and explained my symptoms and previous history to her administrative staff they were super helpful and got me in that same week and even worked around my work schedule.
