Upon arrival, the staff was professional and warm. Well organized and they took me on time. There was no long wait to see the physician, Dr. Layland. Dr. Layland comes highly recommended. He is professional and clearly a people person. Dr. Layland sat down with me and we had a conversation regarding my issue. He was very informative and so easy to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend this ENT health care facility and of course Dr. Layland.
