Staff and providers were kind and competent.
I gave them my insurance information, and they billed my insurance. Then, my insurance sent me a bill stating that they had performed what was labeled as a “surgery,” when all they actually did was spend about 30 seconds looking inside my nose with a device. They wanted $600 for this on top of what I had already been charged. I had a very enjoyable experience had an issue with bloody noses being in the emergency room twice I called for an appointment they took me immediately Dr Bali resolved the issue cauterized it and I will definitely refer ENT to my friends and now I can actually say I have a great doctor to go to when needed thank you so much
