I had a problem with my ear. I just moved to Florida and this group was recommended to me. They are more thorough that any ENT doctor that I have seen in my entire life. I feel very confident in their hands.
Dr. Dedo is an incredibly patient doctor who takes the time to explain his findings in detail. In my opinion, His level of experience is extraordinary and I felt completely comfortable with him. I didn't feel rushed and he addressed my questions with a thoughtful response offering various alternatives.

Dr. Grimaldi has been exceptional! After being diagnosed with chronic sinusitis Dr. Grimaldi suggested I do a balloon procedure to fix the problem rather than a typical surgery. The procedure was successful which of course I’m happy about, but what impressed me most was Dr. Grimaldi’s bed side manner. He explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. Never in my life did I have to pay more than my copay for an office visit. I'd wait for my insurance/doctor to adjust the amount, and then I'd pay the remaining balance. This is the first office that made me pay a % of my bill before it was adjusted. Then the office sends me a bill with the amount due before my insurance company tells me what's covered.
