my rating is based on the staff of ear, nose and throat associate. they make it almost impossible to want to engage. Dr. azkoul is fantastic!!! the staff however, make it uneasy, uncomfortable. from payments to appointments staff is arogant. I was charged $200 for missed appointment (they credited), they use text about an appointment without identification. one assumes its another spam. It's a shame this practice has such terrible billing practices as I really liked the doctor I saw here. I paid before leaving the office and then didn't receive any additional notice from them. Yesterday, I received a virtual letter from them that "there had been multiple attempts to reach me and my bill was 10 days away from being sent to collections." I received zero notice prior about this. Absolutely terrible way to treat patients.

Efficient, friendly staff. Great surgeon (Dr. Speare) and audioligy dept.
So thankful that Dr. Fitzgerald was able to help me with the fullness feeling in my ear. I thought I had fluid in there and surprisingly it was a tiny hair sitting on my eardrum! The doctor was able to get it out and I immediately felt like the fullness was gone. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my issues were resolved that day!
