It's a shame this practice has such terrible billing practices as I really liked the doctor I saw here. I paid before leaving the office and then didn't receive any additional notice from them. Yesterday, I received a virtual letter from them that "there had been multiple attempts to reach me and my bill was 10 days away from being send to collections." I received zero notice prior about this. Absolutely terrible way to treat patients.
Efficient, friendly staff. Great surgeon (Dr. Speare) and audioligy dept.
So thankful that Dr. Fitzgerald was able to help me with the fullness feeling in my ear. I thought I had fluid in there and surprisingly it was a tiny hair sitting on my eardrum! The doctor was able to get it out and I immediately felt like the fullness was gone. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my issues were resolved that day!
Had an appointment for Dr Vris after waiting 3 months for an appointment for a clogged Salivary gland that has left a lump in my throat. After finally looking forward to my appointment I was told that they have to reschedule my appoint for 3 months later. Frustrated but patient to get this fixed a week before my appointment I receive another call that they have to reschedule my appoint again. I ask how do I know he won’t cancel this one? My experience was superb. Don't think these other reviews are totally fair...cannot equate whether doctor's treatment should be reviewed with insurance issues. This is a very busy sought after practice. All I know is that I am in a health profession, and I could not have been treated better or with more kindness or expertise.
