5-Star service and treatment. Dr. Mauricio Parra-Ferro, is awesome at what he does.
I arrived there at 9:30 pm at night then get to the back until 1:00 a.m.. I was in a room wear a bed was I was in extreme pain they put me in a chair I still had to wait the nurse seemed like she was confused she was the only one back there I seen a resident that was very rude he couldn't get my IV twice then I seen the head doctor I did address how rude the resident was I did not want to see him anymore I left out of there about 3:30 after all my tests came back the doctors never came back there and told me what happened wi... read more
They called me at 3:30pm to let me know they couldn't reach my PCP regarding my referral for my 9am appointment next day and that I needed to have the referral fax from my PCP. I made this appointment over a month ago and they waited until an hour before closing their office to inform me
Dr. Kasle was great and explained everything very well. The staff as friendly and i did not have to wait long. Would come back here again!
Professional and helpful. They are busy, but most appointments happen on time. The care is excellent. Recommended.
