Check in and check out staff were very friendly and sweet. Dr. Smith was kind and to the point, which I prefer in a doctor. Scheduling was very easy, was able to be seen same day as a new patient for a painful sinus issue. Great office overall.
I completely agree and had the same experience with one other users about Dr. Smith and the general office billing practices that raises significant concerns about fraudulent billing. Dr. Smith spent 5 minutes with my son who was going through mental health challenges at the time, Dr Smith talked down to him and was dismissive and condescending yet billed over $600 for the short and meaningless visit including a smoking and Tabacco cessation conversation, which never took place. Dr. Mariotti was amazing. He was very concerned about my health and safety. The nurses and receptionist, plus the scheduling of appointments are great. I highly recommend for everyone.
I am a patient of Dr Smith. I have no issues with the Dr. and most of his staff. my problem is when I call to make an appointment and repeadly get put on hold for 10 minutes before it tells you to leave a message and they will call you back when they feel like it! Patients should not have to spend 1 1/2 - 2 hours trying to make an appointment to see the Dr.
Dr. Smith is at the practice to boost billings. Doesn’t care about his patients or spending enough time to get to know them. Interrupts patient questions and answers them concisely and abrasively. If you decide to go with this practice, avoid Dr. Smith. The office was also delayed an hour for after the scheduled appointment time.
