Not impressed by the staff at all. Extremely cold and very unwelcoming staff. There was no good morning, welcome, what is your name. NOTHING. The guy at the front desk who is the audiologist too. No professional at all. It was more of the 2 older ladies and younger one looked like they had a rough weekend of partying. Have been going for years. Love all the staff, very easy to work with.
My experience with audiologist, Dustin Bronsdon was regretful to say the least. The facts: I missed my appointment (due to Illness) but when I called to reschedule, Dustin got on the line and admonished me for (in so many words) wasting his time. What I am complaining about is the manner in which he treated me: he shamed me, was rude in tone, with a condescending, attitude, and a complete disrespect for me as a human being.
My husband had a scary looking black spot in his outer ear, but very close to the inner ear canal. Apparently, blacks spots can be a start of a melanoma, but fortunately, in his case it was simply a waxy "pimple" that was easy to take care of. We were relieved to know it was a simple solution!
I ordered in-canal hearing aids on Sept 15, 2025. They were never delivered. After waiting for 2+ months, I paid ~$5000 for a pair that didn't work, a type I could not wear. I soon returned them in mid December. I have yet to receive a return of the money I paid over a month after I returned the unusable hearing aids.
