My husband had a scary looking black spot in his outer ear, but very close to the inner ear canal. Apparently, blacks spots can be a start of a melanoma, but fortunately, in his case it was simply a waxy "pimple" that was easy to take care of. We were relieved to know it was a simple solution!
I ordered in-canal hearing aids on Sept 15, 2025. They were never delivered. After waiting for 2+ months, I paid ~$5000 for a pair that didn't work, a type I could not wear. I soon returned them in mid December. I have yet to receive a return of the money I paid over a month after I returned the unusable hearing aids.
Rude staff. First time there, I was hassled because I questioned if the copay amount was correct, and wanted to call my insurance. They insisted that I couldn't be seen until I called, a d was told to call in the waiting area in front of people. No privacy. Terrible service, I walked out.
Called to get an appointment and they told me I needed to jump through ten different hoops to get an appointment with them. Called another place and I have an appointment in 4 weeks. No hoops. Just medical care. Do NOT waste your time trying to be treated here.
