Dr. Thiringer messed me up for life doing a basic procedure. His staff are slow to respond and at times ignore. They've also lost an important record of mine.
I know I need an ENT, I just moved and had an ENT previously but in moving states it didn’t occur to me to get a referral from my prior ENT to PROVE I need to see an ENT regularly, for ear canal stenosis. I was trying to explain that but the office staff was curt and dismissive, the policy to refuse any patient without referral no exceptions is odd, but it’s a fine rule to have if that’s what you want to do for your own practice. Very rude office staff. I understand having a bad day but please, have some more patience for people. I get not a lot of people like customer service jobs, but that was a bit much.
