Very rude office staff. I understand having a bad day but please, have some more patience for people. I get not a lot of people like customer service jobs, but that was a bit much.
I have been going to this clinic for my audiology and ENT needs since I was eight or nine years old, and they have been really, really amazing! The only thing I wished they had was more on-line services, such as a patient-friendly portal or telehealth options, especially during the pandemic.
I saw Dr. Caro for an earache that is actually my jaw joint. I mentioned that a couple of days before I fell and got a bloody nose. He diagnosed it as broken and set my nose right then and there in the office! I wouldn't have known I broke it and it would have healed wrong. I went to the doctor's office broken and came home fixed. Great practice - no long wait, nice staff, and high quality medical care.
Highly recommend ENT Associates in Hillsboro for anyone who is looking for hearing aid service. They provide excellent service. I was able to get my hearing aid issues quickly resolved and in a professional manner.
