We have gone to Hillsboro ENT for nearly 40 years. Every doctor we have worked with has been very gracious, informative concerned and caring about our health. I have used the Audiology department to get awsome hearing aids. The last five years or so I have work with the Allergy Nurse. She has helped me breath during every season, I seem to have some allergy durnng every season. i have not had a scinece infection for 3 or 4 years now. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr I saw took the time with me and explained everything to me so that I understood it. I felt very comfortable and was very pleased with the whole office.
Our experience here was great. Our nervous 5 y/o child needed a blockage cleared and a hearing test done. The staff was OUTSTANDING with her. Each person we encountered talked directly to her (not just to us parents) which made her feel special. The Dr was amazing; keeping her distracted and having fun during the blockage removal. These Dr's are great in all area's of care I have hearing Aids and now getting nose surgery done knowing and faithfully trusting in the care.
Dr’s here are absolutely fantastic. They take the time to listen & address your concerns. However the people who do their billing have nothing better to do than harass u. Horrible billing service. I had a $40 bill from 45 days ago. Mind u in between that time I had surgery so I couldn’t talk or hardly eat. But now I’m being harassed re my bill. Insurance companies have 30-60 days to pay but I guess patients only get 30 days. I have never had any issues w this office so it must b a new harassing billing company
My first experience with the Ear, Nose & Throat Associates was very positive. Dr. Theringer was not only thorough in his explanation of my diagnosis, he was personable and genuinely concerned. I felt heard and appreciated. I trust his expertise and his continued care for me. The entire staff was involved in helping me set up my next appointment. They all made me feel welcome and like my progress is a team effort. Thank you for such an awesome experience!
I have been seeing Dr. Caro and team for the past 2 years for allergy immunotherapy shots. The allergy nurse, Cassi Monroe, is amazing and has dealt with many allergies herself and is a wealth of information, in addition to being nice. :) It is nice that they are close too, in downtown Hillsboro.
