Bought $400 in ear monitors for my motorcycle helmet. They broke the first time I tried them- wire pulled right out of the left side when I took my helmet off. The ordering process took well over 3 months. Impossible now to get them to answer the phone.

I ordered, they arrived, I slotted them in my ears and … the world went silent!!! From then on I listened to my tunes in outer space man!!! 6 months later, one side went silent,,, oh no!
