I ordered, they arrived, I slotted them in my ears and … the world went silent!!! From then on I listened to my tunes in outer space man!!! 6 months later, one side went silent,,, oh no! Purchased a set of custom motorcycle earplugs from the NYC motorcycle show a few years ago. Those plugs stopped working with no sound coming out. I reached out to EAR and they told me I was better off ordering a new set as the new plugs would sound better. I specifically explained over the phone what I use them for. They charged me over 300 bucks and what I got back was not what I expected. They looked nothing like my original plugs which they had so no excuse.
